2025 MEMORIAL DAY CEREMONY – TOWN OF MILTON
The Town of Milton is pleased to announce the program for Milton’s 2025 Memorial Day Observance.
This year’s ceremony will take place on Monday, May 26, 2025. Events will begin at 11 a.m. at Milton Cemetery, led by elected state and local officials, and Color Guards from the Milton Police and Fire Departments.
This year’s featured speaker will be John P. “Jake” Comer, a United States Air Force veteran and former National Commander of the American Legion. Mr. Comer will speak on the enduring legacy of service, sacrifice, and the mission of remembrance carried on by veterans and their families.
A roll call of recently deceased Milton veterans will be read aloud in tribute to their service.
All residents, families, and friends are encouraged to attend this important community observance.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors at the Council on Aging Building, 10 Walnut Street, Milton, MA.
