Two Affordable Homeownership Opportunities in Milton
A new affordable housing opportunity at 71-73 Warren Avenue is now available. SEB Housing will be holding a lottery for one 3-bedroom and one 4-bedroom condominium unit on November 4, 2024. The 3-bedroom unit will sell for $335,600 and the 4-bedroom unit will sell for $362,400.
An information session will be held on September 18, 2024 at 6:00 PM via Zoom. Applications are due on October 18, 2024 at 2:00 PM.
